This piece is part of Fragments of Becoming, a collection of paper collage paintings exploring the ways emotion and lived experience shape who we become. Through layered texture, expressive mark-making, and color relationships, each work reflects a fragment of the human experience—moments of tension and peace, uncertainty and growth, self-reflection and transformation.

Created using repurposed paint palette paper gathered throughout my studio practice, these paintings embrace both emotional and material layers. The process itself becomes an act of discovery, finding beauty, meaning, and possibility in what remains and reimagining it into something new.

  • Original artwork, unframed

  • Size: 11×11”

  • Medium: Collage paper, acrylic, and pencil on 140lb. watercolor paper

  • Created in 2026

  • This piece will arrive signed and dated and include a certificate of authenticity

  • Shipped directly from the artist

Because of the natural characteristics of paper, slight imperfections along the paper margins may be visible. This piece would look beautiful in a 12×12” frame with a 10×10” mat.

Due to differences in screen settings and device displays, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your monitor. Every effort has been made to photograph and present each piece as accurately and true-to-life as possible, with colors carefully edited to reflect the original artwork.
